Senior Engineering Technician – Metal Injection Molding

First shift, full time, temp to hire
Location: Pomona, CA 91766
Schedule: Mon-Fri 5:20am-1:50pn with overtime as required
Pay: 38–40/hr

Kelly Services is hiring a Senior Engineering Technician to support Metal Injection Molding operations at a leading medical/orthodontic manufacturing facility in Pomona. This hands-on role supports production, process improvements, and equipment performance in a regulated environment.

What You'll Do:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot MIM and injection molding equipment to maintain consistent product quality

• Diagnose process and equipment issues using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Support process optimization, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Collect, analyze, and summarize production and process data for engineering review

• Assist with equipment and process validation activities

• Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 5+ years of injection molding or MIM production support experience

• Experience working in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment

• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

• MIM experience or RJG Master Molder certification preferred

• Tooling, automation, CNC, or medical device manufacturing exposure preferred
