Salary: $19.00-$20.00/hour
Shift: Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday with occasional overtime during the week and Saturdays.

This is a project assignment and will start 9/29/25 and end late December, 2025!

What's a typical day as an Enrollment Specialist? You'll be:

• Completing enrollment forms for multiple product lines, ensuring high attention to detail.
• Supporting the quality assurance team by error checking completed enrollments.
• Handling challenging calls with a solution-oriented approach and escalating when necessary.
• Making outbound calls to enrollees for completing or correcting pended enrollments.
• Documenting and tracking enrollments in a CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Monitoring general email accounts and fielding incoming calls using scripted and non-scripted techniques.
• Assisting in the quality assurance area and conducting outbound calls for verifying and collecting information.
