Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support mechanical design, prototyping, testing, and production activities for both new and existing products, ensuring quality and performance standards are met. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior engineers to research and develop new product concepts.
  • Assist in the use of SolidWorks CAD software to design, model, and document product designs and concepts.
  • Help select appropriate materials for product development.
  • Participate in defining test plans and supporting product testing alongside lab staff.
  • Contribute to preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation in the PDM system.
  • Support manufacturing teams with implementing and refining production processes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and supporting the production process to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Learn and understand how engineering decisions impact product cost, performance, and quality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or expected graduation within the current academic year).
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks CAD software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic engineering environment.
  • Experience with basic hands-on fabrication/machining, thermal systems, or automation is a plus, but not required.
