Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $60,000 - $68,000 per year
Shift Available: 3rd shift; 9pm - 6:30am; Saturday - Thursday

What's a typical day as an Entry-Level Production Supervisor? You'll be:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Production Department for your assigned shift or crew.
- Collaborating with other Production Supervisors to ensure effective operations between lines and shifts.
- Managing daily staffing of the assigned crew, accounting for time-off, and administering time-card records.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have post-secondary education/training (preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of practical, hands-on experience in a similar role or related field.
- Possess experience working with Plastic Injection Molding (preferred) and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
