Position: Entry Level Welder
Type: Direct Hire, Full-time
Location: Denham Springs
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Job Summary:
We are in search of an enthusiastic Entry Level Welder to join our customers team. This role offers the exciting opportunity to travel extensively while refining your welding skills. If you're passionate about welding and eager to gain hands-on experience in various locations, we encourage you to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks based on specifications and blueprints.
- Utilize welding equipment efficiently and accurately.
- Travel to local and out-of-town job sites.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
- Adhere to safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools.
- Assist with assigned tasks by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous welding experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
- Physical stamina and strength for welding tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
