Title: Analyst, IS ERP
Pay Rate: $ 42 per hour
Location: Redmond, WA, 98052
Duration: 6 months
Provide technical ERP support to manufacturing and production operations. Acts as a front-line ERP expert that provides troubleshooting, analysis, training, and corrections within the system. Responsible for maintaining and optimizing ERP software to ensure seamless business operations.
Responsibilities and Functions
- IDOC (intermediate document) clearing – identify and analyze issues between SAP and MES daily
- Coordinate special work activities on the Production floor
- Troubleshoot label issues for Production
- Manage PO cancellations in MES/SAP
- Clear open TRs in Warehouse Activity Monitor (SAP)
- Work directly with production operators to create quarantine tickets (QT) as needed
- Provide technical ERP system support to Production
- Create and correct work orders within the ERP system
- Modify work orders as required
- Act as subject matter expert within MES and SmartERP systems
- Perform technical problem solving
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Work Experience Required
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP systems support
- Knowledge of SAP and MES
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
