Executive Administrative Assistant
$25-$31/HR- DOE

 

The Executive Administrative Assistant position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Team. This includes coordinating meetings, preparing reports, recording minutes, organizing documents, and performing various organizational tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Provides timely updates to clients on the status of their requests and any relevant changes that may impact them.
  • Prioritizes client issues to resolve matters efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintains open and effective communication channels with team members.
  • Accurately tailors writing content to correspond to the targeted audience and desired communication objectives.
  • Identifies crucial information while disregarding irrelevant details when executing challenging tasks within strict time limitations.
  • Ensures sound execution by thoroughly checking the logistics and specifics of the situation.
  • Attends necessary strategy and team meetings for improved collaboration and successful project implementation.
  • Produces presentations and reports in a timely manner.
  • Participates in meetings and takes minutes, as needed.
  • Delivers exceptional hospitality to every guest, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Reads and scrutinizes incoming memos, emails, and other submissions, and disseminates them accordingly.
  • Maintains confidentiality always: access to sensitive information.
  • Effectively coordinates and manages tasks to fulfill the executives' objectives, attain organizational goals, and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Provides accurate and timely data entry support in a variety of systems and programs
  • Efficiently manages team communication and coordinates internal and offsite events.
  • other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements Education:

  • High school diploma
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 Years of stable administrative experience, with at least 2 years executive experience

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in program development/management, grant funded programs or government contracts, preferred.
  • Reliable and efficient work ethic.
  • Ability to function autonomously and as a team member on a multidisciplinary team.
  • Effective communication and active listening skills with coworkers, community organizations, community-based workforce, and community members.
  • Understands community-clinical linkages and Health Related Social Needs.
  • Passionate about health equity, population health, and community-based work.
  • Ability to consistently deliver on established schedule, guidelines, protocols, and deadlines
