Executive Assistant
Location: Onsite in Sterling Heights, MI
Salary: $75,000-90,000
Kelly Services is partnering with a dynamic organization to find an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a unique and multi-faceted environment. The office oversees a diverse portfolio that includes operating businesses, real estate assets, and external investment positions. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role, handling complex scheduling, communications, and project management across varied entities and investments. We're seeking a “business athlete” who can pivot between administrative tasks and strategic support. Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO's schedule and emails
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Prepare presentations, analysis, and reports
- Liaise with internal teams and vendors
- Coordinate maintenance/repairs for buildings or assets
- Delegate tasks appropriately across teams
- Track phone extensions and office resources
- Book private aircraft, hotels, and ground transportation
- Identify cost-effective and efficient travel solutions
- Assist with confidential correspondence; wife handles financial transfers
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality across all matters
- Support special projects and investment/board coordination as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years supporting high-level executives, preferably in complex, fast-paced, or high-net-worth environments
- Strong organizational, anticipatory, and problem-solving skills
- High discretion, maturity, and emotional intelligence
- Creative thinker; able to find innovative solutions for logistics and travel
- High comprehension ability and ability to anticipate what is next
- Must be comfortable commuting to Grand Blanc, MI
