What's a typical day as an Executive Assistant? You'll be:
  • Strategically managing and optimizing executive calendars, coordinating complex meetings and events across time zones.
  • Serving as the primary communication gatekeeper, efficiently filtering emails and ensuring timely follow-up for Digital Product leaders.
  • Preparing, refining, and delivering high-quality reports and presentations featuring sensitive information for executive decision-making.
  • Orchestrating domestic and international travel logistics, including detailed itineraries and travel arrangements.
  • Managing expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation for operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Facilitating projects by preparing meeting agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking action items to support project completion.
  • Acting as the central hub for cross-functional projects by streamlining communication, tracking key deliverables, and enhancing collaboration.
  • Leading the planning and execution of team events, workshops, and organizational activities.
  • Proactively identifying workflow challenges and implementing process improvements for increased efficiency.
  • Drafting internal communications and ensuring leaders are well-prepared for critical organizational initiatives.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have at least 5 years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives, with a strong focus on operational coordination.
  • Excel at managing complex calendars, prioritizing conflicting demands, and orchestrating projects.
  • Demonstrate superior organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a resourceful, independent mindset.
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of interacting professionally across all levels of an organization.
  • Bring advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Miro.
  • Hold an Associate Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Have a proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, navigating ambiguity with a solution-oriented approach.
