- Manages VP's calendar, email and travel management (international and local travel)
- Medical Device Experience preferred
- Provides administrative support in areas of purchase orders (beginning to end of process), Corporate Meeting Card (CMC expenses), customer contracting and physician consulting payments
- Manages Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) events including set up, catering and logistics (event mgmt. from start to finish)
- SharePoint Management (Team SharePoint, External SharePoint, Launch in a box)
- Onboarding Assistance (New Hire – Interview Planning, In person POC, Hardware requests, New Hire Kit: Hardware, Welcome Kit, etc.)
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Works with Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) team members to ensure projects are completed on time and per plan.
- Interfaces with other groups, like Contracts Dept, Health Care Compliance, R&D and others as needed to complete projects
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
- eMarketplace (PO related and physician timecards),
- Ordering of Supplies (iPads – Inventory, Snacks, etc.)
- Events (Team Building, Retiring, Monthly and Quarterly Team Meetings, etc.)
- Point of contact for Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) team
- Business Updates (Org Announcements, Newsletter, Org Chart)
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Concur Travel & Expense, Microsoft Suite, Calendar Management, Meeting Management, Event coordination
- PO Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- Medical Device experience preferred
