Kelly® Engineering is seeking a Facilities Engineer for an excellent 6 month + project with a growing pharmaceutical company in Parsippany, NJ. This position offers a full benefits package through Kelly, a payrate of $45-$55 per hour and a positive team environment.

The Facilities Engineer provides day-to-day technical and operational assistance to the Facilities Manager to ensure the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of facility systems.

Facilities Engineer Responsibilities:

• Write, update and maintain preventative maintenance plans
• Provide support for capital and expense projects, including budget tracking, timelines, and communication.
• Deviation investigations and corrective actions related to facilities equipment
• Develop and update SOPs related to facilities equipment and processes
• Maintain facility documentation and records in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Support operation of the Building Management System (BMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) for data trending, troubleshooting, and system checks.

Facilities Engineer Requirements:

• Experience in facility maintenance or engineering support within a regulated industry- pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics/personal care or medical device
• Maintenance planning and CMMS systems.
• A self-starter with excellent communication skills
