Location:  Conover, NC 28613
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM (10 hrs 35 mins, including breaks and paid lunch)
Employment Type: 12-month Contract

What's a typical day as a Feeder/Finishing Packer? You will:

• Feed cartons onto belts and pack using automatic packers or hand packing.

• Transport cartons using pallet jacks in areas without forklift traffic.

• Operate bulk-pack, break-away, case-pack machines, shrink tunnels, and robots as needed.

• Perform quality checks on cartons and maintain accurate production records.

• Use Plant Floor Data Collection system and basic measurement/testing devices.

• Support housekeeping and 5S standards in a fast-paced production environment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and work 12-hour rotating shifts.

• Steel or composite toe shoes and full PPE; strong focus on safety.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.

• Experience with packaging, pallet jacks, or manufacturing equipment preferred.

• Basic math, measurement, and computer skills with general mechanical aptitude.
