Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $28/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

What's a typical day as a Field Logistics Coordinator? You'll be:
• Managing implant inventory including replenishments, returns, and expired goods.
• Performing check-in and receiving processes for orthopedic products, including scanning inventory, completing inventory transfers, ordering replacement parts, and sorting sets.
• Consistently communicating with a team of sales representatives.
• Checking instrument sets to ensure all required instruments are present and ordering replacement parts when necessary.
• Providing general support to operations, including the assembly of new instrument sets.
• Completing inventory functions, including issuing sets to customers, communicating incomplete set information, assembling packing lists, and shipping sets to customers.
• Communicating with a nationwide network to support inventory requests.
• Managing couriers to ensure set delivery to hospitals.
• Executing all safety policies, rules, and regulations.
• Reporting all incidents/accidents/injuries immediately to the Supervisor/Safety Coordinator.
• Operating all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have demonstrated ability to execute transactions in an IT system (e.g., MS Office, Excel, SAP, PowerBI, Warehouse Management System).
• Have attention to detail and the ability to focus on multiple tasks at once.
• Have experience in warehouse operations, orthopedic loaner operations, or hospital sterile processing experience (preferred).
• Have demonstrated ability to function in a high-volume logistics operation.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have demonstrated collaboration skills and the ability to contribute positively to the morale of the team.
• Have a demonstrated sense of urgency and the ability to follow policies, SOPs, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Have the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis and perform physical tasks as required.
• Have a high school degree (required) and an associate's degree or higher (desirable).
• Have 2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced logistical or multi-tasking environment.
