Field Operations Manager
Location: Mont Belvieu, TX
Reports to: CEO
Hours: M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM (flexibility required)
SENTRO Technologies seeks an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee job site operations, safety, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in chemical circulation, refinery operations, and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance and efficiency. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities-
Oversee operational and safety functions at job sites.

Maintain communication with teams, customers, and vendors.

Develop and enforce quality assurance and efficiency improvements.

Conduct job site inspections and manage compliance.

Standardize processes and training programs.

Manage fleet, equipment maintenance, and PPE programs.

Lead and support a large field team, hiring and training foremen and technicians.

5+ years in operational management (refinery/petrochemical/gas industries preferred).

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Expertise in CIP, Thermal Oxidizer, and chemical circulation processes.

Ability to travel frequently.
