Job Title: Finishing Painter
Shift: 1st
Schedule: Mon-Thur 6am-4:30pm
Location: Lafayette, TN

Duties:
-Preparing painting surfaces
-Mixing, matching, applying paints and other finishes to various materials
-Handling planning and prep work in an efficient manner
-Preparing the surrounding area and following safety protocols
-Calculating the amount of materials and time required
-Handling upkeep of equipment; cleaning, changing filters, setting air flow, etc...

-Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
-Ability to operate and control equipment
-Flexible and open to change

Skills:
-Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
-Ability to interpret and translate needed documentation
-Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn equipment
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations
