Position Summary: Transfer goods and materials from incoming and outbound shipments via a forklift. Operate gas or electric powered forklift trucks to move, stack, load, or unload materials, parts, and finished goods. Move materials throughout the warehouse and handle the loading and unloading of transport vehicles with raw materials, unfinished products, and/or finished products. Perform safety checks on lifts, maintain accurate inventory, and report any discrepancies. Certification to operate a forklift may be required. What You Bring to the Role:

• Seasoned individual contributor.
• Works under limited supervision for routine situations.
• Provides assistance and training to lower-level employees.
• Tackles problems that are typically non-routine and require analysis to understand.
• Makes minor adjustments to working methods.
• Explains practices, procedures, and policies to reach agreements with others outside the job area.
• Provides administrative or technical support at a senior level.
• Proficient in the various competencies relevant to the job.
• May act as a lead or mentor to more junior technical or administrative support personnel.
• Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations.
• Generally works independently within established procedures.
• Typically receives little instruction on daily work.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
• May serve as an informal team leader.

Qualifications:

• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the functional area.
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of functional experience, preferably at a senior level.
• Substantial understanding of the job with the ability to apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
• Must have experience with dock stocker, stand up reach, cherry picker, and epj. You will be tested on all forklifts.
