Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $19.53/hour
• Shift: 3rd Shift (9:45 PM to 6:15 AM or till completion)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, with potential overtime during weekdays and Saturdays.
• Opportunity for Temp-to-Hire
• Training available on 1st or 2nd shift during the first week.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Forklift / Cherry Picker Operator, your daily tasks will involve:

• Utilizing Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to unload pallets and cases from trailers/containers.
• Accurately counting and documenting products using RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology.
• Moving products in the warehouse with reach trucks, stock pickers, and forklifts.
• Picking items at heights up to 35 feet.
• Building and transporting pallets for shipment.
• Ensuring workplace safety and cleanliness.
• Adhering to safety procedures and reporting hazards.
• Meeting productivity and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Have skills in basic math and counting.
• Are comfortable with heights and can lift 50+ lbs.
• Are able to wear a safety harness.
• Have experience with a variety of MHE.
• Can follow set procedures and sequences.
• Possess keen attention to detail for error identification.
• Maintain a strong attendance record.
