Forklift Operator – 1st Shift $18.25/hr
non-climate-controlled site
Schedule:

• 1st shift Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm
• Schedule will change after beginning to 2026, schedules available: Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30pm; Fri/Sat/Sun 5am-5pm pay differential

Role Summary:
Support Google server logistics by operating Crown/Raymond stand-up forklifts (60% of duties), handling large equipment and server racks, banding/tapping boxes, and shipping chips/fiber cables (up to 50 lbs). Initial weeks will focus on facility setup (e.g., taping floors, painting walkways). When not on the forklift, assist with stocking, material handling, pallet jack operation, and cleanup. Strictly a non-metal site—no keys, jewelry, underwire, buckles, smart watches, etc. Wear closed-toe, closed-heel shoes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months stand-up forklift (including stand-up reach, cherry picker) experience
• Experience in material handling, inventory, or warehouse roles
• Able to physically lift and stock products
• Good teamwork and follow safety protocols

• Assemble dental floss and related oral care components
• Package finished oral care kits and display items for shipment
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) after a mandatory orientation before starting
• Maintain strict quality and safety standards (no jewelry allowed on-site)
• Collaborate in a team atmosphere with direct impact on customer products
