Job Title: Office Manager – Front Desk / Front Office
Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $23.00/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
We are a busy, reputable Environmental Testing company that prides itself on accurate results and outstanding customer care. We're currently seeking a personable yet professional Office Manager to be the welcoming face of our front office. This position is essential to the daily flow of our operations and offers a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both independent and collaborative work.
What You'll DoAs the first point of contact for our customers, your role is all about connection and precision. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and creating a positive, memorable first impression

Logging incoming environmental samples accurately

Answering phones and assisting customers with results or questions

Cross-checking data, contracts, and paperwork for accuracy

Supporting lab staff as needed (no prior lab experience required)
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in their work ethic. We're more interested in personality and professionalism than a long resume. If you're organized, friendly, and dependable—we want to meet you.
Must-Have Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Some customer service experience (retail, food service, reception, etc.)

Ability to type at least 35 words per minute

Comfortable on the phone and able to hear and speak clearly

Basic computer proficiency (no specific software knowledge required)

Willingness to pitch in and help in the lab if needed

Experience working in demanding or fast-paced environments

Strong attention to detail when entering data or reviewing documents

Temp-to-hire position (scrubs provided upon conversion to full-time)
