Pay rate: $26.11 per hour
Contract length: April 27, 2026

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with Front Office Traders, Relationship Managers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure every trade is processed swiftly and accurately.
  • Validate and process trade instructions, confirming every detail and working with counterparties to quickly resolve discrepancies for interest rate hedges and energy swaps.
  • Oversee settlements of derivatives trades via OpenLink BO Customer and Dealer banks, monitoring and reconciling trade activity, and resolving settlement or transaction errors.
  • Conduct daily reconciliations between internal systems and external platforms, identifying and investigating mismatches in trade records, cash flows, and positions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements, enforce controls, and help prepare and submit compliance documents—supporting internal and external audits with clear documentation.
  • Monitor operational risks, report potential issues, and work with risk management and production support to improve controls and mitigate risk across derivatives processing.
  • Spot opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains, participate in workflow improvement projects, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
Key Skills for Success:
  • Intermediate to expert level proficiency in Excel and BI reporting tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
  • Effective project management and time management abilities; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Payment Processing experience
  • Reconciliation experience
