Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Saturdays as required)

Employment Type: Potential Temp-to-Hire based on performance

Environment: On-site manufacturing setting

Set up molds and read job travelers to understand production requirements.
-
Identify and apply the correct film for molds and change rolls when needed.
-
Operate foam spray injectors to accurately fill molds with the proper foam amount.
-
Adjust foam levels based on product specifications and mold type.
-
Perform visual inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards.
-
Assist with mold changeovers and monitor production efficiency (target: 80% or higher).

Maintain and clean foam guns, ensuring smooth operation.

Track and report waste, defects, and process deviations.
-
Perform trimming, product finishing, and general floor coordination tasks.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, removing scrap and debris as needed.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with production leads.

A High School Diploma or GED.
-
2 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience (foam experience a plus).

Basic reading, writing, and computer skills.

Ability to read job travelers and production specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
-
Steel-toed boots required (other PPE provided onsite).
