? Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
? Shift: COS Schedule — 7:45 AM to 8:00 PM (Rotating Long-Day Schedule)
? Employment Type: Full-Time
? Work Setup: Onsite
? What's a typical day as a General Utility Associate? You will:

Move materials and finished products to and from production lines using manual handling and powered equipment.

Start or operate basic production equipment and assist machine operators to maintain continuous output.

Empty materials into pallets for WIP or finished goods and build pallets to correct specifications.

Stage, label, and prepare products for shipment; support truck loading and unloading as needed.

Perform inventory counts, track downtime, and record production details accurately.

Conduct visual quality checks and report defects or issues.
-
Maintain work areas following 6S/housekeeping standards to ensure safety and efficiency.

Verify that proper packaging materials are used based on product type.

Assist with production and shipping paperwork and tracking requirements.

Follow all plant safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

A High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
-
Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience (required); plastics experience is a plus.

Basic math and inventory counting skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
-
Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
-
Forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to become certified.
-
Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
