What's a typical day as a Harvest Scale Operator? You'll be:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls.

• Greeting visitors and providing appropriate PPE.

• Scaling and directing carriers (corn, cobs, soybeans, discard).

• Printing scale tickets, seed load tickets, and other necessary paperwork.

• Verifying, calculating, and entering data accurately into computer systems.

• Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.

• Maintaining records in Global Seed systems (Seed Pro, SharePoint).

• Ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work area.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• A High School Diploma or GED.

• Administrative or clerical experience (preferred).

• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office (Excel), and databases.

• Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• The ability to sit/stand for long periods and perform repetitive keyboard/computer work.

• Flexibility to work some overtime and weekends as needed.

Work Details:

• Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (may vary)

• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (may vary)

Pay Rate: $18/hr (1st shift) | $21/hr (2nd shift, includes $3/hr premium)

Contract Type: Seasonal Harvest Assignment – NOT temp-to-hire.

Location: Onsite
