Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-
Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
-
Greeting visitors and providing appropriate PPE.
-
Scaling and directing carriers (corn, cobs, soybeans, discard).
-
Printing scale tickets, seed load tickets, and other necessary paperwork.
-
Verifying, calculating, and entering data accurately into computer systems.

Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
-
Maintaining records in Global Seed systems (Seed Pro, SharePoint).
-
Ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work area.
-
A High School Diploma or GED.
-
Administrative or clerical experience (preferred).

Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office (Excel), and databases.

Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

The ability to sit/stand for long periods and perform repetitive keyboard/computer work.

Flexibility to work some overtime and weekends as needed.

Schedule:
-
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (may vary)
-
2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (may vary)
Pay Rate: $18/hr (1st shift) | $21/hr (2nd shift, includes $3/hr premium)
Contract Type: Seasonal Harvest Assignment – NOT temp-to-hire.
Location: Onsite
