High Reach Forklift Operator – Arlington, TX (Temp-to-Hire)

Our client, a well-established distribution company in Arlington, TX, is seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What you'll be doing:

  • Operate Raymond high reach forklifts to move and store palletized products safely and efficiently

  • Unload shipments from trucks and containers

  • Enter product information into label templates and print labels

  • Scan received, put-away, and transferred products using a handheld ERP (Epicor) system

  • Perform product sorting, rework, and quality inspections as needed

  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

  • Perform daily forklift safety checks and report any issues

  • Work occasional overtime when containers arrive late

Why you'd be a great fit:

  • At least 3 years of recent Raymond high reach forklift experience is required

  • Skilled in both stand-up and sit-down forklift operations

  • Familiar with IR barcode scanning systems for inventory management

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Able to use Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license
