High Reach Forklift Operator – Arlington, TX (Temp-to-Hire)
Our client, a well-established distribution company in Arlington, TX, is seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

What you'll be doing:

Operate Raymond high reach forklifts to move and store palletized products safely and efficiently

Unload shipments from trucks and containers

Enter product information into label templates and print labels

Scan received, put-away, and transferred products using a handheld ERP (Epicor) system

Perform product sorting, rework, and quality inspections as needed

Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

Perform daily forklift safety checks and report any issues

Work occasional overtime when containers arrive late
Why you'd be a great fit:

At least 3 years of recent Raymond high reach forklift experience is required

Skilled in both stand-up and sit-down forklift operations

Familiar with IR barcode scanning systems for inventory management

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Able to use Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)

High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license
