- Performing a variety of general personnel and clerical tasks, supporting key HR functions such as employee records, benefits, training, employment, compensation, and equal employment opportunity
- Maintaining both manual and automated personnel records, collecting and compiling sensitive and confidential HR information, and preparing detailed reports
- Providing guidance to employees at all organizational levels on personnel policies and procedures, occasionally interpreting policies as needed
- Furnishing information to authorized personnel and agencies in accordance with established procedures
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–5 years of relevant work experience in HR or similar administrative roles
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent analytical aptitude, and are highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
- Demonstrate efficiency in time management, conflict management, and information gathering
- Can work to strict deadlines, exhibit a high degree of urgency, and confidently maintain confidentiality while handling HR data
