HR Coordinator
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team in Pleasant Prairie, WI, as an HR Coordinator where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable orientation experiences for our new employees. As a key member of the HR department, you'll ensure seamless onboarding and contribute to various HR activities. Job Specifications:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
  • Pay Rate: $25/hr
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct new employee orientation sessions to introduce them to company policies, culture, and their roles.
  • Prepare and update orientation materials and presentations.
  • Manage and coordinate onboarding processes ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support HR initiatives and programs, including employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
  • Provide support in recruitment activities and scheduling interviews.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in HR coordination or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
