Human Resources Generalist
Location: Duluth, GA
Pay Rate: $26-30/hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Hire

Kelly Services has partnered with a premier client in the manufacturing industry to find an HR Generalist to support the team. The HR Generalist supports daily HR operations at the production plant and offices, ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing continuous support to employees and the leadership team. The role partners closely with the HR Manager and focuses on HR administration, employee support, and coordination of general plant-related HR activities. Apply today for immediate consideration!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to all employees in the production plant and office.
  • Support HR administrative activities, including documentation, recordkeeping, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in onboarding, new hire documentation, and orientation processes.
  • Maintain employee data and ensure accuracy of HR systems and files.
  • Coordinate leaves of absence, attendance tracking, and basic benefits administration.
  • Support employee relations by addressing general inquiries and directing issues as needed.
  • Assist the HR Manager with scheduled HR processes (evaluations, communications, policies).
  • Organize and coordinate general administrative activities within the facility (communications, postings, notices, HR supplies, etc.).
  • Serve as a point of contact for the leadership team.
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the manager.
 
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Preferred associate or bachelor's degree in applicable field.
