  • Temp to hire opportunity
  • $26-29/hr
  • Full time, Monday-Friday
  • Position can be worked fully remote. Must be within driving distance of the office in Valley City, ND for the first day to get setup with IT

 

SUMMARY

  • Facilitate a variety of projects, from inception to completion, including Compliance management, Educational campaigns, Safety directives, Benefit system updates, Open Enrollment task support and benefit-related communications
  • Projects will span various aspects of Human Resources, including Benefits; Compensation; Employee Relations; Leaves; Onboarding; Payroll; Recruiting; Safety; Training; and Work Comp. 
  • Projects may be one-time, cyclical, or ongoing.
  • Field questions from employees and managers across the organization via phone and/or email.
  • Provide proactive and timely status updates.
  • Build relationships with external parties
  • Prepare periodic reports and perform HR-related administrative duties.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3+ years of human resources experience
  • Project management skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
