Awesome opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to support key human resources functions, including benefits administration, compensation, HRIS management, staffing, compliance, and training. This role serves as the first point of contact for general employee inquiries and plays a critical role in ensuring HR processes are effective and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Administration: Coordinate benefits enrollment and changes, work with brokers on employee inquiries, oversee COBRA administration, and assist with open enrollment. Manage service awards and wellness programs.
  • Compensation & Payroll: Assist with job analysis, salary benchmarking, and pay adjustments. Support bi-monthly payroll changes and collaborate with Finance on audits.
  • HRIS & Reporting: Maintain and update employee records in ADP Workforce Now, run reports, and ensure data accuracy. Update HR-related content on the company intranet.
  • Employee Support & Compliance: Respond to employee inquiries, ensure HR files and records comply with regulations, support compliance reporting (EEO-1, AAP, Vets100), and assist with audits.
  • Staffing & Onboarding: Manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate new hire onboarding, including background checks and first-day requirements.
  • Training & Development: Schedule and track annual training, recommend development programs, and ensure compliance with training requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-10 years of HR experience with a strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and compliance.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now & Payroll Processing preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
