Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job postings to interviews and offer letters.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies while building strong relationships with local vendors and universities.
  • Provide guidance on personnel policies and procedures to employees and management.
  • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct benefit training and assist employees with inquiries.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Administer new employee onboarding and performance review processes.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to drive best practices in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, with 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience (manufacturing background preferred).
  • Proven experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues and coaching senior leaders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (Workday experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
