Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from advertising job openings and screening resumes to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding.
  • Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract leading candidates.
  • Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Support the administration and enrollment of employee benefit programs, ensuring accuracy.
  • Offer guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws at the federal, state, and local levels.
  • Assist in the application of HR best practices to boost employee satisfaction and optimize operations.
  • Aid in policy management and the oversight of employee benefits.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the discretion.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Finance or Business Administration preferred
  • 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Prior experience using ADP Workforce Now is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
