Pay Rate: $115k - $120k (DOE)
Hours: 8 am - 5 pm or 7a m - 4 pm with flexibility for on-call employee relations issues and shift adjustment as needed to handle issues on 2nd or 3rd shift

What's a typical day as Human Resources Generalist? You'll be:
• Supporting all aspects of labor and employee relations, including investigations, grievances, and conflict mediation.
• Actively preparing for and participating in collective bargaining negotiations, including data compilation and note-taking.
• Partnering with site leadership to create a world-class manufacturing environment and implementing training programs.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Industrial Labor Relations, or a related field, with 5+ years of HR experience, including direct labor relations experience.
• Have solid experience with HR systems such as ADP and knowledge of manufacturing safety requirements.
• Have experience with a union environment (preferred)
• Have background in employee relations
• Have experience working with recruiting agencies
