Human Resources Representative (Rochester, NY)

Kelly Services – Skilled Professional Solutions (SPS) is currently seeking a Human Resources Representative for one of our top clients in Rochester, NY.  This is a long-term contract opportunity.  The role is onsite.

As a HR Representative placed with Kelly Services, you will serve as an integral member of our client's Human Resources Department.  Primary responsibilities will include processing weekly payroll for hourly employees; recruiting, onboarding and new hire orientations; compensation management; handling employee relations issues and investigations, providing guidance to leaders on corrective action; and partnering with business leaders and employees on various initiatives. 

Qualified candidates will have three plus years of HR generalist experience, the demonstrated ability to connect and build rapport with employees at all levels of an organization, and will value making connections as a front-line leader.

Job Requirements:
•            Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferred but not required.       
•            Payroll experience, required.  
•            Employee relations experience, required.  
•            ADP and Workday experience, preferred.     
•            Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
