Job Title: Imaging Specialist
Employment Terms: Approximately until the end of August 2025
Pay Rate: $19.50
Work Schedule: 8am to 4:30pm
Location: Reardan WA 99029
Job Summary:
The Imaging Specialist is primarily responsible for performing document preparation and scanning tasks for important client documents. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and quality of scanned documents.
Primary Functions:
- Capture images using OCR software on a machine (not handheld devices).
- Pick up boxes from pallets and place them on the workstation for imaging.
- Return boxes to pallets after imaging is completed.
- Choose between sitting or standing at adjustable desks that can be raised to standing height.
- Assist in moving pallets within the room, with support from team members who bring pallets into the room.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No specific certifications or licenses required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic PC computer skills.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.
- Ability to remove staples, sort, file, and box records.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
- Openness to change and long-duration project assignments.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving boxes.
- Ability to scan materials regularly.
- Comfortable with bending, stretching, and sitting/standing for extended periods.
