Position Title: CNC Machinist
1st Shift: 5AM-1:30PM (Overtime Available)
Pay Rate: $30 Hourly

Location: Irvine, CA

Job Description:
Operate and program machine tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders that are controlled by a computer to produce precision metal or plastic parts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up machines, write and test programs, and make adjustments as needed
• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling
• Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, and visual aids
• Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production
• Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
• Take precise measurements for cutting or shaping. Selects appropriate machine and settings for a given task
• Perform in-process and final inspection responsibilities
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Must have previous experience within the field of Computer Numerical Control.
