Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Denver, PA
Pay Rate: $30.30 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (Additional overtime may be required)

We are a long-established, industry-leading U.S. manufacturer specializing in high-performance wire and cable products used in industrial, commercial, and automotive applications. Position SummaryThe Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing complex mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment and building systems. This role also involves planning, installing, modifying, and upgrading machinery, as well as supporting plant projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities-
Plan and oversee maintenance projects, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.

Perform both mechanical and electrical repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

Design, install, and upgrade control systems with PLCs, including creating and debugging programs.

Troubleshoot and install AC and DC drives.

Perform predictive and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.

Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.

Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Prepare and update CAD drawings as required.

Assist with parts ordering, supplier coordination, and inventory control.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.

Conduct safety and environmental assessments and ensure compliance with company standards.

Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures.
Education:
-
Associate degree or equivalent experience required.

Technical or vocational training in industrial automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, or PLC systems preferred.
Experience:
-
Minimum of five years of combined maintenance education and experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment).

At least 3–5 years of electrical maintenance experience, including PLC troubleshooting, minor programming, upgrading and debugging control systems, AC/DC drive installation, and control wiring troubleshooting.
Additional Requirements:

Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.

Ability to interpret complex drawings and technical specifications.

Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and general-purpose machinery.

Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required.

Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.
