Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician - Service Technician Job Summary: Seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with service, maintenance, repair, installation, rigging, or assembly experience. Position involves coordinating with local rigging and service companies and performing emergency correspondences, equipment installation, and repairs.

We are specifically looking for an experienced Stamping Machine Maintenance Technician Requirements:

  1.  5+ years stamping press maintenance experience
  2. Experience with rigging, installation, and commissioning of stamping presses
  3. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  4. Ability and willingness to travel outside United States when required
  5. Physical ability to perform all required tasks
Responsibilities:
  • Assist and coordinate the installation and repair of equipment
  • Work with programmable logic controllers
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Perform basic on-site repairs
  • Instruct customers on proper maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct inspections and prepare documentation
  • Follow SIMPAC specifications and manuals
  • Communicate and provide feedback to SIMPAC responsible departments and engineers
