Put your career in motion with an exciting opportunity at Saint-Gobain, a global leader in high-performance materials and industrial manufacturing. We're hiring an experienced Injection Operator III (3rd Shift) to support precision plastic and polymer manufacturing at the Largo, FL facility.

? Pay Rate: $19.49/hour + $2.00/hour 3rd shift differential
? Shift: 3rd Shift — 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
? Work Environment: Injection molding & plastics manufacturing

? What's a typical day as an Injection Operator III? You will:

  • Operate and troubleshoot injection molding machines, from setup through first-piece approval.

  • Perform visual inspections and in-process quality checks to identify defects or production anomalies.

  • Accurately read blueprints and verify dimensions using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height stands).

  • Train and support Injection Operator I team members and provide on-the-floor guidance.

  • Follow all safety and EHS guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles.

  • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs and work in above-ambient temperature conditions.

  • Support production goals by completing additional tasks assigned by Production Supervisors or Cell Leads.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience, preferably in injection molding.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Intermediate math and computer skills.

  • Experience with quality inspections and precision measurement tools.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and maintain consistent attendance.

  • A strong safety mindset in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
