Inside Sales role will encompass a professional with specialized technical knowledge who sells complex components to other businesses.  This representative acts as a bridge between engineering and customer needs, using their product understanding to identify customer problems and demonstrate how the company's offerings provide the best solution.  Their responsibilities include educating clients, providing technical support and managing relationships, requiring a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to drive revenue and success.
Responsibilities:

• Customer Needs Assessment: analyze client requirements, including custom prints and CAD files to determine our products/services can solve their challenges
• Product Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the technical features, functionalities, and application of the offerings.
• Technical Communication: Translating complex technical details into clear, persuasive business value propositions that resonate with clients.
• Solution-oriented selling: tailoring and recommending products or integrated solutions from the manufacturing portfolio that best meet customer needs.
• Relationship building: Cultivating strong relationships with customers through consultative selling and consistent engagement.
• Technical Support: Providing guidance on product setup, usage, and potentially assisting with maintenance or repairs for customers.
• Collaboration: Working closely with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and influence future product enhancements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree or higher is preferred
• Technical acumen
• Professional phone and written communication skills
• Ability to be proactive and meet deadlines
• Able to read Blueprints and CAD files
• Knowledge of CNC/Machining and/or tooling is a plus
