Title: Instructional Design Coordinator
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 – 3 months + (Slated through 12/31/2025)
Pay Rate: $39.90/hour – $40.25/hour
Shift: First Shift / Monday – Friday
Overview
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative instructional design contractor to support the development of technical training materials.
- This temporary role will work under the guidance of the Technical Learning & Development team to rapidly produce engaging, high-quality content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and ElevenLabs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal team members and subject matter experts to design and develop technical training content.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective learning experiences.
- Develop multimedia assets including audio, video, simulations, and interactive modules.
- Ensure a quick turnaround of deliverables while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Utilize standard tools and templates to build content aligned with corporate training goals
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and ElevenLabs.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with audio and video recording and editing is highly preferred.
