Title: Instructional Design Coordinator
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 – 3 months + (Slated through 12/31/2025)
Pay Rate: $39.90/hour – $40.25/hour
Shift: First Shift / Monday – Friday


Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative instructional design contractor to support the development of technical training materials.
• This temporary role will work under the guidance of the Technical Learning & Development team to rapidly produce engaging, high-quality content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and ElevenLabs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal team members and subject matter experts to design and develop technical training content.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective learning experiences.
• Develop multimedia assets including audio, video, simulations, and interactive modules.
• Ensure a quick turnaround of deliverables while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Utilize standard tools and templates to build content aligned with corporate training goals

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and ElevenLabs.
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with audio and video recording and editing is highly preferred.
