We're seeking an Instrument Technician to work with one of out top biotechnology industry client at the East area of PR. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right. 

Salary:  $20.00 p/h
 Available to work any shift

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic calibrations of instruments on process and utility equipment.
  • Assist the team with maintaining an up-to-date working spare parts inventory system for the equipment/ systems the team is responsible for.
  • Ensure that calibration paperwork, instrument files and work order documentation is completed with accurate information.
  • Participate in a detailed training program in order to develop one's knowledge in the instrumentation field and other areas of the plant.
  • Configure and repair microprocessor based instruments and controllers.
  •  Basic troubleshooting and repair of process control and laboratory instruments.
  • Perform regular certification of equipment to verify conformance to industry standards and company procedures.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Instrumentation and 2 years of experience 
  • Experience in calibrating temperature sensors
  • Knowledge in MAXIMO
