Interpreter Services Manager
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Direct Hire
$58,000 - $62,000/yr
Must speak any foreign language

10-4 for first few weeks M,T,W,FR for training
off on Thursdays during training.
No benefits. No Paid holidays.


This position is responsible for managing the medical, legal, education and social work interpreting services.


Job Duties:
• Performing day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties, including word processing, filing, importing and exporting documents, faxing, answering phones, and data entry.
• Coordinating all aspects of interpreter services, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising contractors.
• Ensuring 100% accuracy and timely scheduling of appointments, maintaining appointment data, and updating appointment details as necessary. Average of 850 appointments scheduled per month
• Offering jobs to interpreters based on qualifications, availability, location, and hourly rate.
• Setting up new client and interpreter accounts as needed.
• Assisting with project management, translation services, proposal and bid writing.
• Onboarding new interpreters.
• Creating forms and contributing to the monthly newsletter.
• Other duties as requested.

Job Responsibilities:
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Are proficient in computer skills, including data entry and typing.
• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Are able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have experience in project management and translation services (preferred).
• Are able to work in the office initially, with the potential to work from home after proving yourself.
