Inventory Specialist – Asset Management
Location: Hockley, TX
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-focused Inventory Specialist to support our asset management team. This position involves conducting cycle counts, focused and rotating inventory checks, and thorough audits to ensure inventory accuracy. You will perform complete physical counts and cross-verify records to identify and resolve discrepancies, helping maintain operational efficiency and prevent losses.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular cycle counts and rotating inventory checks

Perform comprehensive audits comparing physical inventory to records

Execute full physical inventories at designated intervals

Identify discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues

Maintain accurate inventory records to support financial and operational accuracy

Help prevent losses due to theft, damage, or errors through diligent inventory management
Qualifications:

Prior experience in inventory management or warehouse operations preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with focus and consistency

Good communication skills and teamwork ability

Reliable with strong work ethic
