Role Overview:
As an IT Operations End User Support specialist, you'll be the frontline support for users both on-site and remotely. Your expertise will span laptops, desktops, printers, and other computing devices. You will handle technical issues, serve as the escalation point for complex challenges, and guide the selection and deployment of technology.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical troubleshooting and support for various computing devices.
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving complex technical issues.
  • Conduct installations and relocations of PCs and peripheral devices.
  • Ensure a secure IT environment, addressing redundancy and recovery.
  • Train users on utilizing technology effectively.
  • Develop and contribute to technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize task prioritization and service delivery.
  • Manage incidents using service management tools to meet user needs.
  • Work with international teams to standardize processes for improved service delivery.
  • Uphold exemplary customer service and problem-solving standards.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of technical support experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, SCCM, Citrix, and network protocols.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Relevant technical certifications (A+, Net+, MCSA/MCSE).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
