Job Title: IT Project Coordinator (Infrastructure & Lifecycle Management)
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid – 3-4 days onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months The Opportunity: Drive Global IT Strategy in Healthcare Are you a highly organized professional who excels at bringing technical teams together? We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join a global healthcare leader in Jacksonville. This is a 12-month+ engagement where you will play a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle of global applications, ensuring our infrastructure remains secure, compliant, and optimized.
If you are a "people person" with a solid grasp of IT systems and a talent for managing moving parts, this is an excellent opportunity to build your resume with large-scale enterprise experience. The Role: What You'll Do You will be the primary point of contact for application owners around the world. Your mission is to help them navigate their software's lifecycle—from initial deployment to decommissioning.
- Global Coordination: Schedule and host meetings with international application owners to analyze lifecycles and document them in our Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems.
- Systems Management: Guide teams in updating the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Asset Management systems to ensure a 100% accurate data landscape.
- Compliance & Patching: Drive enterprise-wide initiatives, including patching, archiving, and upgrading systems, to keep the organization compliant and secure.
- Technical Liaison: Act as the bridge between application owners and specialized technical teams (Windows, Linux, Database, Cloud, etc.) to ensure smooth transitions and upgrades.
- Tracking & Reporting: Keep the wheels turning by tracking project tasks and providing progress updates via project dashboards and MS Excel.
- Expert Microsoft Office Skills: You must be highly skilled in Excel, Teams, and Outlook. You will be living in these tools to track data and manage global schedules.
- Influence Without Authority: You have a proven ability to lead and motivate people to complete tasks even when you aren't their direct manager.
- Basic Infrastructure Literacy: You understand how applications run on Windows/Linux servers, databases, and cloud infrastructure. You don't need to be an engineer, but you must "speak the language."
- A "self-starter" mentality with the ability to work under general direction.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility: While based in Jacksonville, you'll occasionally need to adjust hours to coincide with international time zones.
- Reliability: This role requires being onsite at our Jacksonville office 3-4 days a week.
