Java/SQL Developer
**Pay is market rate**
*100% remote but candidates must be located in DC/MD/Northern VA areas*

Kelly Government Solutions is hiring for a Java and SQL Developer with extensive experience in UI/SQL Development in Oracle ADF on a government contract with our customer in Vienna, VA.  This is a contract to hire opportunity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software programs in any of the following: C#, ASP .NET, VB .NET, SQL, XML, Java, Python
• Perform requirement analysis, design, test, and integration
• Provide technical system documentation
• Perform database design and management in Oracle database or any other database
• Six (6) years of experience with Java and Oracle ADF

Required:

• Five (5) + years of total experience as a Java Developer/Oracle DB Developer in a similar position
• Relevant training and/or certifications supporting the position and the responsibilities as described.

Desired:

• Prior experience within U.S. Department of Transportation
• Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT or business-related field such as business, management, leadership, MIS, or computer science.
