Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Employment type: Temp-to-Perm.

What's a typical day as a Kitting and Staging Specialist? You'll be:

• Prepare cell phones for deployment by installing protective cases and screen protectors.
• Download and configure required applications onto each device.
• Charge cell phones to ensure they are ready for immediate use.
• Accurately label each phone and case mount with the designated User ID.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to phone setup and application installation.
• Track inventory of phones, cases, and accessories.
• Meet daily and weekly kitting and staging targets.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and efficiency.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic troubleshooting skills related to mobile devices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move boxes of cell phones and accessories (up to 25 lbs).
• Previous experience in a kitting, staging, or inventory management role.
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems.
