Rate Pay: $16.00 an hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Employment type: Temp-to-Perm.

What's a typical day as a Kitting and Staging Specialist? You'll be:
- Prepare cell phones for deployment by installing protective cases and screen protectors.
- Download and configure required applications onto each device.
- Charge cell phones to ensure they are ready for immediate use.
- Accurately label each phone and case mount with the designated User ID.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to phone setup and application installation.
- Track inventory of phones, cases, and accessories.
- Meet daily and weekly kitting and staging targets.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic troubleshooting skills related to mobile devices.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move boxes of cell phones and accessories (up to 25 lbs).
- Previous experience in a kitting, staging, or inventory management role.
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems.
