Job Overview & Qualifications
- This role focuses on the receiving, handling, transacting, and packing of material.
- Previous inventory experience.
- Transport, unpackage, sort, and track incoming materials.
- Record tracking number, part numbers, and serials for identification of material in an excel sheet.
- Count large shipments and order accurately and timely.
- Receive the material into the system of record.
- Transact material in our system to match physical movements of materials in our labs and inventory.
- Carefully package and store active inventory in an organized and safe manner, following all safety procedures.
- Pick, package and ship orders based on queues placed by customer.
- Collect unneeded/retired hardware by requests and disassemble/sort/scrap safely as instructed by customer.
- Inspect newly received material for count accuracy and damage.
- Registering & scanning new material into databases.
- Assist with inventory organization & audits as requested by SLA.
- Moving material around the lab and campus with help of roller carts and pallet jacks.
- Create shipping declaration to allow shipping of material to off-site locations.
- Flex to other domains to support team's overall deliverables.
- Must be able to lift / carry heavy weights on daily basis.
- Standing 80%, Sitting 20%.
