Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25 an hour with weekly pay on Friday's
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Duration: April 10th-April 25th

What's a typical day as a Legal Secretary? You'll be:
• Drafting pleadings and retainer letters for potential clients, reporting directly to the lead attorney.
• Preparing court motions and ensuring all legal documents are accurately filed.
• Scheduling meetings and managing the attorney's calendar to optimize productivity.
• Preparing files for trials, ensuring all necessary documentation is organized and accessible.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in paralegal studies is preferred.
• Possess previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of legal terminology.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software, with excellent organizational skills.
