Description

We're looking for a dedicated Licensed Behavior Specialist to join our team for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. If you're passionate about supporting students' emotional and behavioral success in a school-based setting, we want to hear from you!

Position Highlights:
Location: School-based setting (details provided upon inquiry)
Schedule: Full school year, Monday–Friday
Start Date: August 18, 2025
End Date: June 30, 2026

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Maintain documentation and comply with all regulatory guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in psychology, special education, behavior analysis, or a related field
• Active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) certification in the state of practice
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
